OP, sounds like you turned the corner. My friend who gave it to me had it a lot worse than you. Took him about 4 months to get back to 100%. About 6 weeks to return to work out of an abundance of unemployment bonuses.

Like the cold/flu, the vast majority of the time it is the sniffles...

But like the cold/flu, occasionally some people have complications.

Unlike the cold/flu - we have turned the world upside down over covid.

Exactly, it's what the body uses to make interferon, which is a potent anti-viral compound.

Elevated temperature increases production of interferon 10x over normal, IF! you have the vitamin C in your system for your body to use to make it.

Hot baths, saunas, sweat lodges - for short bursts, not letting your temp go over 103 - these really can help the body. This works best in the earily stages, pre-hospital.

                      -Symptoms started Sunday 29th.
                      -Tested positive 31st.
Starting taking B, D, K, Zinc, Sudafed, mucinex as needed, lIvermectin. Daily walk or at least sitting in sun for 20 minutes.

First few days felt like bad cold.

-Sept 4th woke up disoriented. Almost dizzy at times. Unable to focus. Congested. Awful.

-Made appointment for Labor Day with monoclonal antibody treatment center. Arrived, doc immediately said nope. Temp is 102. Heart rate in 130s. Blood 02 is 90. Go to ER immediately.

-Arrived with extreme shortness of breath, still some disorientation. Started on remdesivir same day.

-Going on 4th day of treatment. Steroids are reducing the inflammation of lungs (Covid pneumonia). Blood 02 still not optimal. Still have trouble breathing as I walk around the room, going to bathroom, etc. Likely to be sent home tomorrow with an 02 tank.

Stats: 6’, 215lb, moderate shape, unvaccinated.

What IN THE HELL can I expect to do at home with a tank?!
One thing that stood out to me in this account was that OP waited until he was symptomatic to get on the supplement regimen. The virus has roughly a 3-6 day head start before OP was able to notice something wrong, and begin to address it... the first 2-3 days people are usually asymptomatic.

I understand why people do this... but it's really not the right way to do it. These work best when taken daily BEFORE exposure. That way if you do get exposed, you're fighting a tiny viral load which responds well to treatment with supplements. When it gets several days lead, unchallenged, it can be much harder to stamp out at that point... like a grease fire on the kitchen stove, that you can put out quickly, unless it gets away from you and catches the curtains and the carpet and the sofa...

Oh, and vitamin C should have figured prominently, and maybe did... but it isn't mentioned. Important oversight.

People die from flu too. Or have you forgotten that? Every year an estimated 15k to 60k Americans die from flu. We don't have an accurate count because no one really bothered with it.

Most people can shake off the wuhan virus without much ill effect. Some people die, vaccine or not. Some people get very sick, and recover, vaccine or not. It's the luck of the draw. Some people don't get cancer. Some people get reading cancer from cancer warning labels.

If we have a consensus it's about trolls.

Having said that there a couple that don't make a distinction between the first and second stages of Covid yet...don't know why.
