News says Covid worse than ever

I don't know about cases going up, but I see traffic is 3x worst than before Covid-19. So I'm guessing people don't give a flying F anymore.

In my line of work, I drive around and talk to a lot of people. I've heard, first hand of many people getting Covid lately. So far, only one of the people that has been sick had been vaccinated and he got only a little sick and recovered quickly, while his teenage daughter, who had not been vaccinated got very sick. You guys can keep telling yourselves all the stories you want. I'm happy to be vaccinated.

Coworker's husband got the shot. Continuous fever for 3 weeks. Eventually started peeing blood. Total regret. Too late. Different people, different story. Don't generalize. We all had firsthand experience stories. I have friends who took the shots and nothing happened. We all know the potential outcomes. Its just for some of us, the risk of taking the shot is not worth the added "protection" and peace of mind.

I've mentioned before that my company builds/upgrades the hospitals in multiple states... we have people on the ground all over the place. The "news" is just flat out lying.... at least for anything around here. The hospitals claim to be struggling but they aren't that full and now they have half the staff because the people that were useful in the beginning of this charade are no longer useful if they don't bow down to Lord Fauci and his chemical blessings... So any whining is all self induced. As long as they pay their bills to us, I don't care... F em.

If that happens there's going to be a lot of finger pointing in our house. My dirty kids aren't vaxed as is my unvaxed wife, who's a teacher. You killed mom, no you killed mom...Which makes the Monty Python & Holy Grail line pop into my head "Lets not bicker over who killed who"....
