Exactly! Why is everyone all worked up today pointing out that Ivermectin is a drug with a long history of use for controlling internal parasites.

That is the point of why it was looked at in the first place as a possible treatment for Covid - an already established drug with long-term safe use profile.

The issue and problem with the use of Ivermetin multi-faceted:

• There is no actual on-label dosage rate for using Ivermetin as a prophylactic or post-infection control for Covid
• The current unofficial dosage rates for using Ivermectin for Covid is dependent on a number of factors; most significantly the weight of the patient.
• Over-the-counter Ivermetin products for animals come in a number of formulations and percentage of active ingredient.
• People are buying the over-the counter Ivermectin and trying to self-medicate, creating problems, often grossly over-dosing themselves. EVERYTHING IS TOXIC. EVERYTHING. The Dose makes the poison.
