Actual legal advice is worth just what one pays for it.

If someone is wanting to avoid mandatory vax while keeping their job. there other ways to get accommodation without suit.
Many private business have caved in when asked the right questions. Religious exemption hasn't lost a court battle yet. Their attorneys all know that.

Accommodation such as testing, working from home etc. is about all that can be expected for now.

1) How about creating a form that says you will not ask for any medical help if you get sick, as you don’t want to place others in danger.
2) You agree that if you infect others, you will pay all medical expenses associated with their care and accept liability for their death should it occur.
3) You agree to pay all expenses associated with the removal & disposal of your body from your home.

Hopefully that would satisfy everyone and you can go about living your freedom.

Been being threatened Termination since June still waiting.

I know multiple sites that have been threatening people since June. The vast majority of employees have caved and gotten tne shots, many quit and are now facing the threats at a new job or caved at a new job.

So far, I don't know anyone whonwas walked out, they all got some kind of exemption or extension if they didn't cave. I'm in a strange spot because my employer doesn't and won't mandate but we work at customer sites thst mandate shots for contractors, evwn if thier employees aren't mandated.

That's the polar opposite of what is going on at my Job .
Contractors are not required to get the Jab. Probably 100s if not 1000s of people everyday on site who are not vaccinated , between contractors and visitors.

Keep showing up till they fire you… I know if I get I get fired and the union won’t back me, as I expect to happen, that’ll be the final straw for my family in CA. We already sold the house at peak market, so we can be gone in a weekend if needed

we all know the vaccine is good for 5 months after fully vaccinated. if the immune system is compromised from the shot, sadly people will be getting sicker, its been 6 months and are "non booster" people considered "non vac" hospitals rate is up!God Bless

Well if you know that the COVID forum on Calguns is dominated by anti COVID vaxers then you know what to do and you came here for validation. If this is your first time to this forum looking for more truthful info or advice based on moderation then you will not find it here. The Off topic forum might get you a more moderate/balanced advice on the issue. I say take the jab, it is safe, all the fuss about it being poison or a conspiracy thing is hogwash spread by people who are fearful of the things they do not fully understand or any new technology(they probably took a long time to warm up to cellphones). I personally know hundreds of people I work with who have taken the jabs and no ill effects, going on almost one year now.
