At this point, it's like a really bad chest cold with headache and sinus. Taking tons of C, D, Zinc, robotussin, and sleep. This sucks big time, especially since I'm not home, and have a very real fear of the local hospital where I almost died last March.

So guys, any of you that beat this thing, what did you do? This is day 4.

    Thanks!

Green tea to kick up the zinc (Ionophore) and hot baths 2 x a day to support the bodies immune system at work.

Add lysine into the mix as it slows replication of most virus bugs.

If you can't get HCQ there are foods high in inc ionophores. I like capers- been putting them in everything.

All the above is good advice.

If you day-drink, try Gin & Tonic. There's a bit of quinine in the tonic water - it won't cure you but it won't hurt. Very refreshing drink in the summer!
(Actually if you're really sick alcohol isn't a good idea, but I tend to disregard that piece of advice...)

Alcohol is just dumb if you're sick.

            It's pretty dumb in general.

The good thing is now you have natural immunity - accept the COVID, ride it out for whatever it's worth, clear skies are coming ...,

There is NO COVID - you are falling into a false belief ... go about your day all is normal, all is good.

Based on your post, I just looked up Green Tea as a Zinc Ionophore, and it looks like Green Tea contains two compounds that work with Zinc: EpiGalloCatechin Gallate (EGCG) AND Quercetin.

                  Thanks for the post!

IF you have trouble breathing try ChlorOxygen. It is a plant based chlorophyll based oxygen enhancer used by high altitude back packers.

It helped me breath the 2 nights I had trouble.

                        Jason -

So sorry to see you sick on top of all the stress of the fire and evacuation.

I pray you get well soon.

OP Sorry to hear you've got the bug. Here is what I did:

                          Lot's of water.
Cut out as much sugar from your diet. No desserts or sodas
                          Vitamin C like crazy!
                          Airborne Immune Support Effervescent
Hydrotherapy in the shower. (2 min hot as you can stand then 30 seconds of freezing Cold. Do that 3 times and finish with cold. This acts like a pump for your immune system)
Garlic and Ginger tea: boil fresh garlic and ginger with a little honey.

                          Good luck!

This. The 3 biggest drug stores, CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aide have stopped carrying quercetin. Ground up produce, over the counter. Think about that.

lots of C, like 1000 per hour, you can't od on it. Does cause diarrhea though.

                              D, zinc w/HCQ or Quercetin
If C sets your a-hole on fire, it's too much. It's acid, remember. Although you can spend some bucks and get non-acidic ascorbate. You do have to keep taking it regularly though because it's water soluble and you just piss it out.

Vitamin Shoppe still sells quercetin. If someone can/will get it for you.
