i am ignorant of the system florida uses it seems like the governor could request the states department of education to make the rules for local schools it may be that he skipped a state constitutional step

The mask ban states all have pro mask lawsuits. Even where the majority doesn't want forced masks in school .
I hope those Governors don't cave because of a pleading minority.
