Not sure if anyone has filed a lawsuit against the state but an emergency such as a pandemic is clearly defined in state law. This isn't an emergency nor should emergency powers be granted. None of what is going on is legal.

I don't think most businesses are going to bother to check your vaccination record. They'll post a sign saying that you must be vaccinated and show proof and then have no one to check the "proof".

There are a number of businesses around which post that a mask is required. Few bother with the mask and the stores don't kick 'em out.

Employment is where the problem is likely to be acute. Government buildings as well except they may have legal trouble enforcing that.

Most Businesses wont stop a Shop lifter robbing them blind. Why would they bother arguing over a mask.

Somewhere i read that california is hiring enforcement "agents" to assure businesses are following the orders.

I know of, and frequent, several businesses that have ignored all of this crap. Hopefully there is a massive increase of resisting citizens and businesses. Mass noncompliance is essential. And it's essential now.
