I already take Zinc, Vitamin D3 and Milk Thistle. I use Milk Thistle for the liver and zinc and d3 for not getting sick. D3 is good for inflammation.

remember, zinc will deplete your copper levels if you take a lot. you need like 10% copper per zinc. if you take 100mg zinc, you'll need 10mg copper. most multi vitamins will have copper in it, I don't take a separate vitamin pill for copper.

you'll need k2 with for d3, k2 is a transporter and helps moves d3 and other minerals in your body. k2 helps with excess removal. you get k2 from k1, but if your k1 levels are low, you don't produce k2.

Since CDC changed its definition of vaccine (see below) and made it so vague; many 'preparations' can be considered 'vaccines', and many people can be considered 'vaccinated.'
