The Pfizer BLA is expected in about a month, so expect a waive of the above in September.

That judge was primarily a defense attorney. She was appointed the the Federal bench by Obama. Why would a ruing that stands with big government and steps on individual rights surprise anyone.

I don't get cruise ships at all. I did it once and was overstuffed, mildly hung over and painfully bored. Whatever floats someone's boat I guess.

If the cruise company wants to make rules that is up to them. IF other companies do not require vax then we have a free market. I like that.

Cruise ship fighting over the ability to limit their customer base.

Who would want to patronize someone who doesn't want you anyway?

            Pretty much.

They can require what they want and we can spend our money there , or not.

If there is a problem with this then I suppose you can say that a baker must bake a cake for a gay wedding.
I think the baker can tell them to piss off and the gov should have zero say.

Same goes with the cruise lines and their rules or private golf clubs which don’t allow women, or blacks, or (cypress point was booted from the PGA tour rotation (the pebble beach pro am) due to this.

When it is a public entity things change.
But until then, what they do is their own business IMO

Docking rights. I believe the host country can make certain demands of a foreign flagged ship if it starts or ends a cruise at the host country's port.

I recall someone on the cruise ship mention that the crew onboard must make US minimum wage IF the ship either starts or ends a cruise at a US port.

Well all Florida has to do is deny them docking rights. Solves that problem.
