A zero tolerance policy means that the employer is refusing to make reasonable accommodations for disabilities and religious beliefs, and to engage in an interactive process to determine if a vaccination exemption or isolated-work assignment would impose an undue burden on the employer.Comment

Especially as they enforce this on long existing employees. It's one thing to require certain conditions like this of new hires, they come into it with a known vonditional requirement and can decline to take the job; but to enforce such a mandate for an unapproved drug that may still harbor unknown dangerous side effects over the long haul, will likely backfire on CNN.A zero tolerance policy means that the employer is refusing to make reasonable accommodations for disabilities and religious beliefs, and to engage in an interactive process to determine if a vaccination exemption or isolated-work assignment would impose an undue burden on the employer.
And if it does, I couldn't be more happy about it - will be some good lawsuits to watch. May even set some new guidelines.Last edited by The Gleam; 08-07-2021, 7:46 PM.-----------------------------------------------

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment
