As mentioned above, getting a pulse ox is probably a good idea. If she doesn't have one, then if she gets to a point where she has tough time breathing, she needs to contact you or someone urgently.
I hate to repeat the mantra that is used around here, but I'll repeat it. For cases when covid does not progress to the cytokine storm, then covid will be just like a bad cold, for lack of a better term.
The problem is when the immune system goes into overdrive for some people and they progress to the cytokine storm. That progression can be rapid too. If that were to happen she needs a pulse of decadron (forget all the other stuff like hydroxychloroquine/ivermectin etc at the stage of a cytokine storm) and then to closely monitored in hospital environment.
