So the CDC issues guidelines and state executives issue orders and SCOTUS stomps their feet. No sympathy for them, they bailed on the election mess. Not on my give a damn radar anymore.

Local judges who issue eviction orders may vary widely. Some have elections to deal with too. Who has the most deadly pitchforks and torches, the landlords that pay for their campaign or the renters who vote? IDK. Perhaps the evictions already ordered in Clark County will be a canary.

I'm still interested to see how they'll evict people in the middle of lockdown orders, presuming those are an upcoming tool of control as well. A few is no biggie but they were talking 30,000 of them in Clark County alone. Big disruption, plenty of potential for things to go sideways. Good luck I guess!

Have not missed rent here either. The tennants in my Moms 4-plex have been paying the whole time also. I feel bad for landlords who need the rent income to make ends meet.
