The truth is the risk is the same but the news is telling people this so that it pressures people to go get the injection. It's a snow job.

And just so you know, the 95% efficacy claim is relative risk ratio, it doesn't mean that you only have a 5% chance of catching the virus. This is another lie the boob tube keeps spreading.

It seems to me to be a combination of several things,
reality not being one of them.

The idea that they have taken on a risk for the greater good that we shirk.

Ordinary virtue signaling.

It's a means to ward off critical thinking which would have them worrying about the choice they have made.

So much is either unknown or not known to the general public there would be no valid reason to take the position that we are a threat.

Perhaps it's they that are a threat to us by way of shedding spike proteins and taking us down with them......who knows? would say or be believed if they did?

Logically an unvaccinated person would only pose a threat to another unvaccinated person.

The vaccine was meant to protect the person who got the shot. I also suppose since the symptoms would be less on a vaccinated person if they caught covid, the spread would theoretically slow, thus reducing overall infections. The more people vaccinated, the slower the spread and hopefully a full stop.

This is the only reasoning I could gather.
