No outside transmission?

Armstrong and Getty have been touting some story that contract tracing has proved there is no outdoor transmission; even when I visit their website I can't find a link to such a story. They keep saying it like its a fact, and I want it too be but of course searching google for anything contradictory to the narrative isn't working - anyone seen such a story?

The short form is that we have no documented evidence of a case that definitely was transmitted outdoors. The right answer could be zero, but it could also be a few percent.

The best summary evidence, a little out of date, is this survey which illustrates the difficulty in coming up with a definitive answer. I would imagine that if you pack enough people together outdoors you will get some spread, but even in dense settings we haven't seen it happen (e.g., Trump rallies, BLM riots, you name it). Outdoors is clearly safer, but who knows if it's 100% or just 97% safe.
