Why SJ County is still Red?

Because of one stat: The one stat that is the percentage of positive tests being over a certain amount = RED restrictions. Most of us are ignoring the county is so ignorant and they can't seem to adapt. DUH no one is getting tested unless they have an issue now you morons. Why can't they change?
    1. Compared to what?
    2. At what cost?
    3. What hard evidence do you have?

Anything based on testing is a garbage stat. The situations that trigger testing make it about as far from random sampling as you can get, yet politicians including state and county health care politicians ignore that problem, hide that problem, never attempt even basic data adjustment for that problem, and use the garbage data to market their preferred pandemic narratives.

I have not seen the actual numbers, but LA County is in the yellow.(lowest) I understand they have a social equity score, so even if high numbers they ignore and award bonus points.

Along those same lines, why does the active case count in CA never decline?

The official answers to all these questions will be rooted in BS, control, and fear.

That link goes to the total case count, doesn't it? Another pointless way of presenting the data....

Here's some info from the state. There's an interactive map at the bottom. Question I have is, why is LA county the only county with a full percentage point 'adjustment' based on their marxist 'equity' metrics?

If their objective based on the equity metric is to put more resourced in underserved communities around the state they seem to be failing miserably.
