      You'd figure they would be out enjoying ticker tape parades, hookers and blow....

          Sort of. Got one for my son after his first vaccination for DPT because the vaccination was out of state and doctor wanted us to give to doctor when we returned to CA in case there was a reaction. It wasn't a printed out card, just doctor writing info on back of blank prescription order.
