Caveat - All of these are in medical settings which is the big argument about if they are valid in discussing mask use by the community.

So here's a link to the Danish study conducted last year during the pandemic. First study of it's kind to be done during a pandemic and 6000 people participated. Half wore the mask, half did not. They lost about a thousand people from the masking arm before the study ended, but there was close to 5k people left and plenty to see if there was any statistically measurable effect of mask wearing. https://healthy-skeptic.com/2020/11/...sh-mask-study/

here's a paper of several studies and their lack of effectiveness and some other discussion on how it's tough to control for all variables to study mask effectiveness. Also some discussion of Minimum Infectious Dose, or how small a particle/droplet can be and still carry enough viral material to sicken a person. There are classes you have to take to get certified in properly using Ppe. wearing a mask may help a little bit but you basically can't touch it after application. And if you want full protection without some crazy suit you need goggles too. Masks are about obedience and seeing how many sheep are in the populace.

"Masks are all about control." What control? What benefit does having everyone mask up give to whatever shadowy power elite one imagines to exist?

We pay taxes, we pay for auto tags, we pay for hunting tags, we pay for DROS and 4473, we pay for our licenses, we pay for the simple right to live on the property we already paid for - but "they" need to implement masks to establish control?

We can't go out naked. We can't have sex in public. We can't drink in public, even if we are just sitting on a bench. Can't even have a rock of cocaine in our pocket, even if we aren't doing anything with it.

But masks are the effort to control the populace?
