    Vitamin Therapy For Covid

Another report advocating basic vitamins to boost immune system response to COVID. Claims some 90% of deaths may have been preventable if those patients had normal levels of vitamin D in their system.

So far, here's what medical experts say: People with low vitamin D who get COVID have a greater tendency toward dying, have a greater tendency toward hyper-inflammation in the cytokine storm that comes with COVID, and have a greater tendency toward getting on ventilators, which is very bad because ventilators don't work very well for COVID, Osborne said.

"When a person's on a ventilator with COVID it's not a good thing. So, the outcomes aren't great, so if we can keep people off of ventilators and we can keep their immune system supported really well with nutrition, that ideally that makes the most sense," he explained.

Additional studies also revealed nine out of 10 COVID-19 deaths could have been prevented if people had adequate Vitamin D levels, the FOX 26 report said.
Using simple, everyday medicines available in your medicine cabinet or on your kitchen counter could counter the effects of coronavirus, a report said Thursday.

For whatever difference it makes I have long used vitamin supplements every day I can remember to take them. After the hell-bent for crazy goings on about the china/bat virus I used 200% daily recommended amounts of zinc added to the things I already used. Just sayin.

      Make sure you include quercetin.

          Vitamin d, zinc, vitamin c

Plenty of others I take on a daily basis and are known to help, not like essential oil bs.

No clue if it helps, but I did hear C, D3, and zinc were important, so I stocked up in those back in March and have been trying to keep up the daily regiments.

Add quercetin. It works as a zinc ionophore, getting the zinc through the cell wall where it stops the replication of the virus. At least 250mg.

Too be honest, I will continue this type of prevention from now on. It should keep me primed to fight off the common cold and the flu.

72, overweight, hypertension, borderline diabetes, elevated cholesterol.
Been on 50+ multivitamin for years. Added C, D and zinc pills. Also type O blood.

I ask people to cough in my face. Not really.

Again, add quercetin. Just adding zinc isn't quite enough.

Forget all this. Just inject some bleach like the Pres' says and it'll knock it right out.

If possible, try to get a blood test metabolic panel to see where you stand in regards to vitamin levels in your blood. I took the risk and went 3 months ago to do blood work. Think of it as a baseline to go off of. Granted you do have to go to a clinic or hospital. I went to a family clinic close by, only had two people.
The virus is heavier than most so transmission will be mostly by physical touch of contaminated areas. I do believe it can stay afloat descendingly for a brief amount of time till it reaches the floor.
