I think its largely dependent on who the next POTUS is. I do know that Newscum will fail to mention the typical flu vaccine is only about 40% efficacious. When the vaccines are ready to be distributed to the public, what level of mutation would have happened in the wild-type virus? How much less effective will the vaccine be?

They laid out a pretty strict chain-of-custody for re/distribution of vaccines, so I dont see them distributing them to non-hospital locations. Im not aware of the volume and size of the aliqots but if I had to guess, millions could fit into a single, ultra low freezer which is about the same footprint as a standard household freezer/fridge combo.
