I was in Phoenix in July, pretty close to that peak, and virtually nothing was closed and very few wearing masks (even less than here in Utah).

Yeah California really f'd up by all that willy nilly f it re-open everything, they have well over 600k cases now, what an idiot that guy Newsom is.

Of course the fact that we never really did reopen everything should not stand in the way of a stupid narrative or the fact that Newsom required masking back in late June when the state was still at about 200k cases.

Good thing we all have to wear masks and social distance, it's clearly been highly effective in stopping the spread.
