OK, about 15X, maybe it is 10X?? You sound like a defense attorney badgering a witness. The point is it is wildly inflated. Take the time to read over what I provided.

Ohio probable cases are ~7% of reported cases.

Per CDC guidelines probable cases, suspected cases, contact traced, and actual tested postive are all reported as a "CASE". Please read the CDC link provided

I don't think we are talking about the same thing.

We can never know how many people have been exposed and now have antibodies because we do not test everyone. Having been exposed sufficient to have antibodies is a possible sane definition of case. A more sane one would be people who are actually sick with covid.

We can not know the truth because the are playing fast and loose with the numbers.

Based on the current criteria for a "case" at some point the number of "cases" will exceed the number of individuals in the population a large. Contact tracing results will begin to overlap and counting individuals multiple times will add up to a greater number than the whole population.

Was shown in a French study....
The study also showed that children are less likely to transfer to each other and to adults..
Europe is opening schools. Utah will open schools in fall... with schoolbusses.
Most here want their kids back.

It may fail spectacularly and we may be back 100% online in a month or so, but we won't expose the whole school learning that lesson, should it occur.
I hope your models are right (I won't pretend to understand how such modeling might be developed). It's almost certain that this will be the predominant model, right now. I'm curious how your firebreaks are, and I think that's the right approach (rotating teachers through a two week periods - trying to wrap my head around that), but from what I see so far none of the districts i am associated with are thinking this way.

Agree that SPED is absolutely being abandoned right now. Right before the shutdown I did the paperwork and helped arrange for an autistic (non verbal) girl get an ipad so she can use it to communicate (touching pictures for what she wants, and the ipad says it verbally). SPED means some families are really badly stuck. No one to care for the kids during the day means mom or dad have to stay home. that parent is worn out caring for the kid with special needs while the other parent is at risk of losing their job or getting sick.

I'm sure somewhere (looking at you FL) will open their schools without community spread being under control and we'll get to see what happens.
Schools never closed in Sweden. No spike.
