My next door neighbor owns a Brewery here in Vista and he is beyond pissed. He spent all kinds of money taking a stage out and setting things up for 1/4 capacity and now it's closed again. He also said he will not brew for To-Go as it's simply not worth it. The first round of closing people were supporting him by buying beer to go but it tapered off to where it didn't make sense but then they could open so all was ok, until now.

Yeah, this situation is really bad for small business owners and esp leisure and hospitality. For sure. There really needs to be some kind of subsidy system set up so that the pain is spread more evenly. Zuckerberg is doing just awesome, while bar owners are trashed.

That said, if this situation gets any worse (and some would say its already there), there's going to be no business anyway. Around here, a number of restaurants reopened for dine in. Nobody's coming, so many switched back to take out.
