I just use google. LA county has very good stats published by the county as well, including hotspots (locations with 3 or more confirmed or 1 or more hospitalized)

I like Worldomters, although I'm sure it's partially seeded with fake data (aren't they all? CDC admitted that the USA covid cases are inflated by 25% due to their classification policies. But I digress...)
