Trump's daily briefings warned about COVID-19 at least a dozen times before the US outbreak, but he 'failed to register' the threat

Trump regularly skips reading through daily briefings and rarely pays attention when officials give him oral summaries of the information.

The left stream media will have a field day with this and notice the media outlet that I chose to represent it with? Businessinsider went full TDS about six to twelve months after Trump was elected - prior to that they weren't nearly as impacted with TDS as others. The reason I selected them is another article on Business Insider that I have quoted many times:

The World Health Organization says that considering global travel patterns, "additional cases in other countries are likely."

This article is dated January 17, 2020; so if Trump ignored them why did our federal government initiate testing / airport screening on Friday January 17?

2. At what cost?
3. What hard evidence do you have?
