From what I have read, around late Nov the Chinese communist officials in Whuan were aware of a spreading from some sort of a novel virus. It is unclear to me from what I read, if the local communist officials informed the Politburo at that time or if they first tried to contain the situation and cover it up

CoronaVirus in one form or another has been around for years. Someone in another Covid19 thread posted pictures of a 409 bottle or Lysol bottle saying will disinfect and help prevent spread of coronavirus. Not a new issue or virus, just different strain.

Probably not just "years" but forever, coronavirus is one of the "common cold" viruses. I doubt that if the intelligence network was warning people about it they were talking about the common cold.
