    Sleep pattern.

My sleep is starting to get jacked with this cov19 lockdown. Long nap yesterday afternoon, go to bed one AM, wake up four AM. Just lying in bed now. What's happening with your sleep pattern.

I’m not a doctor but I think that sleep when you feel like it is probably healthier than being a slave to the alarm clock.

My sleep pattern is rocked by the clock changes (daylight savings) twice a year, takes me months to adjust then they change the freakin' clocks again.

Since I'm working (four days a week now) my sleep pattern hasn't changed.

You may be right, I carry a clock with me at all times.

Well I go to work every day, play every weekend, so my habits really have not changed. But seeing people around me hurting keeps my stress levels super high. Instead of a solid 6 to 7 hours sleep I am getting 4 to 5 hours, waking up around 4 am worrying about it.

I saw some interview with a sleep scientist that recommended at least 30 minutes of no-sun-glasses sunshine in the morning to get your body clock set correctly. Seems to have solved my minor issues with falling asleep at night.

My habits haven't changed in lockdown very much, I just don't commute to work. Still working the same hours.

I went back to sleep at 5am, just woke up at 8. I am going to turn into a cat if I keep this up.

                  Naps are good for you.

I'm keeping my normal sleeping and napping schedule,
