Most of those names are people who want to destroy the economy in the name of global warming. None of them are interested in a booming California economy, that's bad for the environment, so the effort will be to allow limited prosperity for the anointed businesses deemed necessary by bureaucrats.
Newsom, being the moronic dope he is, will put in place restrictions that will reduce the tax revenue that he will desperately need to pay for all the money he gave away, and any poor spending priorities of the past. He like Cuomo will be trying to use charged political rhetoric to justify more federal money for their states because it can be used to cover for all the unnecessary massive spending and the loss of tax revenue.
