You are absolutely correct. People are going out, people are gathering, people are rubbing shoulders at the stores, etc.
This Shelter-in-place became pretty meaningless regarding to respiratory disease control, but became very effective at destroying the economy. Oh, wait a second....

Police in my area are starting to hand out tickets. Up to $1000 and 6 months in jail for violating SIP order.
Oh and not going to end on May 3rd. I'm guessing end of June, wish it was much sooner.
Sonoma County health officer says virus to peak late May or early June.
