They do. Go take a stats class so you can learn what an outlier is.

No, that's pretty much a fact.

Is that big jump on April 16 normal? We all know it's complete garbage - NY went to the morgue and scanned every corpse they could find to pad their numbers!

So many things wrong with NY:
- Their death tallies are demonstrably wrong
- Encouraged group gatherings
- Subway system has been studied and shown to be the major path of transmission

Absolulely NY should be thrown out of the discussion. Cordon NY and impose tough rules on THEM, but not the rest of the USA where things are just fine. It's not even as bad as the flu.
