Billy boy ain't hurting for cash....why doesn't he rifle through his couch cushions & send them the pocket change?

I was surprised to see that we "only" contribute a few hundred million per year to the WHO.....I would have thought more than that.

I can't find a solid figure; I thought I read ~$250MM, but am also finding sources saying $440MM and even one that pegs our contribution at $900MM per year.

Either way; that's literal pocket change to bill gates....why doesn't he put his money where his mouth is?
