Isn't the Daily Mail something like the ilk of the National Enquirer? I wouldn't put much trust into anything they publish. BUT, if the Chinese Government actually engineered this contagion AND it was released even by accident, their liability is going to be celestial. And they will find themselves fairly isolated in this world.
