Arizona isn't checking. There is a law here that if you are coming from a hot spot you must self quarantine for 14 days when you get to your AZ destination, but that's specifically airports. So far California doesn't count per CDC, it's just NY/NJ/CT for now. Could change at any time you know.

I had to come to cal to deal with family issues yesterday and came through the Blythe ag station. It was still manned but I was waved through without the guy even looking at my vehicle. He was too busy talking with his buddy at the other booth.

As usual there was nothing on the Az inbound side. I'll be heading back home on Tues and can update then if needed.

Cal is checking to see if you are bringing in any sand.
AZ is checking to see if you have a watch, they want it when you are dead.

Here in Houston DPS troopers were waiting at gate for flight from ca. Had to register and am supposed to quarantine in place for 14 days. Yesterday investigator from DPS called and asked how I was feeling and where was I. I told him at my brothers home where I said I would be . Any air travelers from ca to Texas must go into quarantine.
