Sweden is going to blink in the next week. Govt is already asking for emergency powers law, apparently they don’t have one and everything needs to go through the congress or whatever it is called over there.
So far there is a resistance to grant these powers, largely because any measures govt asked so far, have been approved without delay. That’s the right way to do that, there have to be checks and balance. However the fact the govt is asking for power indicates they intend to use it.
