    Hydrorthermal therapy anyone?

Hospitals tell you not to come in until you have signs of pneumonia. If you don't have it, you're expected to stay home until you do. So what do you do between the onset of symptoms, and a severe condition. Another interesting MedCram video. A little long, but what else are you doing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1LHgyfPPQ8

Joe Rogan had a kooky guy on a while back that claimed exposure to cold temps or mild hypothermia boosted immunities. Kinda goes with what your video claims. He actually proved it in a clinical setting. I've been taking cold showers for years. I just feel it toughens you up. The better you can deal with the shock of the cold water, the better you can deal with other shocks, like everyday stress and so forth.

Not just cold, but high heat, followed by cold. Check out this vid after 29:00. Sauna followed by snow bath. Used to "strengthen the immune system." Done in other northern countries such as Finland and Norway.

I regularly take Jacuzzi's and saunas. I find the health benefits worth the cost.
I was sick 2 years ago with a flu like this one. I was in bed for 2 weeks with all of the same symptoms they state today, mainly trouble breathing, loss of smell and taste, and body aches with low fever. The third week I was still not feeling well but after that it was ok.
I steamed the shower and sauna and heated up the Jacuzzi to 105.
I used off the counter decongestant, vitamin c and zinc losengers. For the trouble breathing I took Chloroform oxygen pills, (I normally use when backpacking at high altitudes, in addition to ChlorOxygen drops you put into water and drink.
