something proactive for you and your community

Perhaps I missed it but something I haven't seen discussed yet is keeping a daily log for those unable to stay at home. It's very easy and takes little energy or time to commit to. This is critical if you are caring for or regularly exposed to any high risk family members or friends.

This virus has an incubation period of up to 2 weeks, tracking potential exposure is nearly impossible by memory. As the local incidence rate rises you will hear about more local confirmed cases in businesses / delivery services and you will want something to check against for peace of mind if nothing else. Enables you to self isolate and seek testing if you confirm potential exposure.

Easy to do short vlogs on one's phone or even simple dictation. Good suggestion

      1. Compared to what?
      2. At what cost?
      3. What hard evidence do you have?

Yes I created a new calender on my phone to track it. Easier for me than physical logging.

almost all smart phone track your location via google(unless you disabled the feature). You can confirm by going to google maps on your computer. Click the Menu button top left (3 horizontal lines) and click on your timeline. It should tell you where youve been and what route you took
