    Question regarding possible exposure.

I've been self-isolated the past 9 days for no other reason then not wanting to contract C-19. Just found out someone I had dinner with 10 days ago on March 21 self-isolated on March 22 because 4 days prior, he was in contact with someone who might have been exposed (neither, including myself, have any symptoms).

Question is, do I self-isolate for another 5-6 days (that would make it 15 days since that dinner), or another 14 days starting today; on the very slim chance the seven times I went outside since March 22 was either to the market (once the morning of March 23) or walking in my neighborhood (seven evenings) .

    Chronologically...

    March 21 - possibly exposed to C-19
    March 22 - present (March 31) - I self isolated
March 31 - Informed person I was last in contact with on March 21 self-isolated on March 22
due to possibly being exposed (no symptoms)

Do I self-isolate for 6 more days or another 14? I assume six more days, but would like some 'second' opinions.

P.S. I am aware after I've self-isolated, I can still contract the virus from anyone I come near. For now, I'm specifically trying to determine how much longer I self-isolate based on my March 21 dinner meeting. Thanks for your input.

I would say that you should be calling your doctor or County healthcare Agency and not looking for medical advice on a gun forum... but that's just me... Sorry to hear about the possible exposure but you are clearly being responsible and I hope and pray for your good outcome sir!

Your doctor will likely rely on this information from the CDC. (14 days)

          Ok. I will say it.

You have no symptoms, 3-4 more days and call your Dr.
