I'm flying to TN tomorrow, have a stopover in Dallas... Does that mean they are going to pull us all off the plane and quarantine us in an airport hotel?

I mean seriously, how are they going to enforce this?

After reading it seems the “Self Quarantine” appears to be on the honor system unfortunately.

After reading it seems the “Self Quarantine” appears to be on the honor system unfortunately.

I don't think a temp scan as someone leaves the airport is out of the question right? I'm pretty sure a plane change is different than a visit to the area, but I really don't know.

And if they wanted me to self quarantine in TN, well that's pretty much what I plan to do anyway. Bring me a couple cases of caulking and ten gallons of quality eggshell latex and I'll spend a week or two at my new place. I already stocked it with food last time I was there.

It sounds like a public guideline with no “teeth” but we are in uncharted territory I don’t know practically how this is gonna play out you might want to call your airline and maybe call your arrival airport in Texas as well.

Texas already took on all of the riff raff from New Orleans after Katrina. I doubt they want another round.
