    They're going to demand New Yorkers self quarantine for 14 days. It doesn't say that they will be turning them back or refusing entry. At least yet.

                          ACLU is stepping in on this one. Just because one has NY plates does not give PC to be pulled over.

                          Also, even if I was from NY and felt like travelling elsewhere, I could swear there was a thing in the Constitution that said I had the right to travel freely.

                                  Yes, the Freakout has unfortunately demonstrated the current generation of Americans is easily panicked and uninterested in limited government if there is any personal risk.
