I had an insane cold in mid January. It was almost all in my lungs. Not much fever or nasal involvement. It was terrible. I think I coughed up half a lung by the time it went away. Don't think it was Covid19 though.

i had a persistent cough, but dry and unproductive. a day or two of fever, aches and shortness of breath.
