Crazy thing..
Late last year even the CDC admitted outdoor transmission accounted for 0.1% of infections.

And these are combat warriors.
They learn to fight in NBC environments, but are made to act like schoolchildren.

I don't know what country this picture was taken in but it isn't in the US. The meme statement was correct but the picture was for effect and of a foreign military.
