    Bakersfield/ Kern Houchin Blood Bank Needs Blood

    There was an MVA vs. a 16yo on a bike. Houchin Blood Bank sent out 40 units last night to the Bakersfield area hospital that was treating the kid. Houchin needs donations now for A- and O+ blood. You can call and make an appointment, and they are taking walk-ins as well. Please help our community if you are able.

      O neg is universal donor blood. We just had a houchin blood drive at our clinic and we donated.
