I saw that Salient Arms were selling their 870 $2000.00. Instead of sending mine in for some of the thing is saw. I wanted to do the same stuff but did't wanna get hit with the price tag.

Now take it to the sander and deburring the edges and cleans up the ends. Final take some scotch bright to the inside and out to get ready for cerakote. Make sure everything is clean before you clean out for cerakote.



I used a Bridgeport to cut the tube for a cleaner design and lighter weight. Measure it to make sure the cuts are straight and perfect.

Looks pretty slick. What is "WPC coating"?

Its a treatment then a coatings my mistake. But here is a video how it works. It's used for parts for engines like piston rings.
