Depends on the price of the bullpup 870.

Also, my SKS bullpup kit is super fun, but because of the dynamics of "relocating" the trigger, I would't trust it over something like the KSG (in the sense that the KSG trigger was designed to be where it is). I'd love to see what this 870 kit did in terms of trigger pull dynamics.

Looks awesome. Planning on converting my 870 to a bullpup using that kit. I did read an article about it, it indicated that shooting from nonstandard positions (sideways, upside down) it doesn't work due to the way the trigger conversion works. But I don't plan on shooting it that way anyway!

Picked one up, or rather, received it at my door a couple weeks ago. Took about an hour to convert my 870. Keep in mind, when putting the kit together, make sure the safety on the 870 receiver is off. The AR style safety on the kit takes the place of the 870 safety. My dumba** forgot to remove the safety on the receiver and after I had it put together and went to pull the trigger, obviously nothing happened. Had to take the whole thing apart, take safety off and put it back together again. Thats why it took me so long.

anyway, took it to the range and it shoots as good as any 870. Its my HD weapon of choice now. Great for clearing rooms.

.....also, it comes with a standard AR grip, but you can put any AR grip on it. I went with a Magpul on mine.
