Browning Citori 725 LH Trap 32" Adj

I purchased this shotgun from a dealer out of state since LH models were hard to find locally. When it arrived, the forearm was so tight that I could not attach it to the barrels. I did not want to force the forearm so I called Browning Service in Missouri and was advised to send it to them for a 10-minute adjustment under warranty. I had to ship from a local dealer since direct shipment to and from my residence was declined by Browning. Approximately 2.5 weeks after receiving the shotgun, the service order was posted online with a repair date of 10 July 2024. This was 5 months after receipt for the repair alleged to be a 10-minute adjustment. I called Browning Customer Service and requested that the repair date be moved up since this was a factory new unfired shotgun. Two days later, the shotgun was "fixed" and sent back to the FFL dealer from whence it came as requested. A day later, upon careful removal from the box, I attempted to reassemble the shotgun only to find that it was still quite "stiff", but I did not suspect anything wrong since new guns are tight. I was not able to reconnect the forearm and decided to try again later and not force it. Upon return of the shotgun parts to the shipping box, I noticed a 2-inch triangular chunk of the forearm sitting in the box and that the forearm was missing this piece of wood. I suspect it was damaged at the service center or in shipping. I assume that if I had done this damage, the piece would be on my floor and not in the shipping box. Now, I have to ship the shotgun back to Browning for repair a second time. I asked that it just be replaced but no answer yet received.
Anybody with similar Browning Service Center experience? I'd enjoy hearing from you. This is not a cheap shotgun and it took a long time to find it and I'm severely disappointed in Browning Service,
