    Remington 1187 action bar blues...

I have a Remington 1187 20 ga that I use for hunting. I got it new 10 or so years ago. Every once in a while, maybe once in 150 shots or so, when fired, it will jam with the bolt stuck 90% open. One of the tabs on the action bar assembly pops out from its slot in the action bar sleeve, the action bar then binds against the barrel causing the jam. The fix is easy, tap the back of the charging handle on the edge of the duck blind lets the bolt go closed, remove the forend and the screw driver on my Swiss Army Knife prys the tab back down to pop it back into the slot. Good to go for another 150 shots. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if they fixed it, how they did it. Thanks.
