    Saiga 12 + BB + Intrafuse Tapco T6 = no no?

    Just checking:

Saiga 12 + BB + Intrafuse Tapco T6 = no no, because now I have a pistol grip and adjustable/folding stock?

or is it ok b/c I have a BB and thus a fixed mag?

What if somehow I pernamently fixed the stock in place at a certain length?

What exactly are the laws governing semi-auto shotguns?

    Thanks in advance.

pretty sure the law doesn't care about detatchable mags in Shotguns.

From my recollection, on a semi-auto shotgun, you can have EITHER, a pistol grip, OR a folding/collapsible stock. But not both.

You were right in the second half.

      (A) A folding or telescoping stock.
      (B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action
of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.

      (7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a
      detachable magazine.

      (8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

So in order to use a Tapco T6 intrafuse stock I would need to fix the stock somehow....

It just seems like a cheaper way than converting the trigger group, mag lock etc.

You need to fix the stock and use a mag lock for the Saiga-12.
