cheap double barrels?

well new mossberg barrels cost like $200 might as well get another gun. who makes a good double barrel for clays/hunting at the $200-$350 range? sxs or o/u and new or used doesn't matter.

$350 Buys a Mossberg Maverick Hunter O/U. It has a cheap synthetic stock and the finish is inexpensive, but it has replaceable chokes and works pretty well. (Not a single issue so far, but less than 1,000 rounds have been run through it) It is very light and has no recoil pad to speak of, so it beats you up pretty well. The synthetic stock thwarts attempts to put a pad on it.

Do they take chokes and make hunter barrel lengths? All the ones Ive seen are coach gun replicas.

I highly recommend it. It's absolutely a budget shotgun, but it sure beats paying even Ruger double barrel prices.
