    Interstate brand SxS at Big 5

    Pretty sure they are made in china, does anyone here know something about the quality?

    They are real crap quality. You have to keep em cleaned really well otherwise the hammer stop working and you get failure to fires.

    I heard that they were actually norinco brand.

      I believe Interstate is a synonym for Norinko. Lots of cowboy shooters use their 97's

          InterState are the US distributors for a small range of Norinco (as it's known in the west) products, but real name is the China North Industries Corporation, which is a chinese state sanctioned industry. Iintersate only imports the Hawk 982 (870 clone), and a few cowboy shotguns.

          Chinese shotguns seem to come in varying levels of quality control but most of them are fine. China now manufactures shotguns for H&R. My main concern in the future are for spare parts, as I have had first hand experience with trying to deal with Interstate, and that their customer service tends to be lacking, but that's just speaking from my experience.
