Extended and flush chokes on O/U

I picked up an extended mod choke to use for trap because that's all was in stock, but all of my other chokes are flush. Is there any reason running an extended choke on the bottom barrel and a flush on the top would be a bad idea?

Nope...the extended one will get some surface damage/ discoloration from powder burn.

Be prepared for "hey you forgot to put in your other choke tube"

One barrel will be a 1/2 inch closer to the target than the other
