I personally wouldn't pay too much for it. Huglu's are alright for the dough, so I've heard, but you can do better for $800. Try talk them down a bunch or move on.

Not too much, cause after you realize there is no practical use for a coach gun you will want to get rid of it. Just get the Stoeger at Big 5 or Turners. They don't have hammers, but are about $400 new.

Exactly! You only ever see them being used in CAS events and for screwing around in the desert.

I think a fair price would be between $400-$500. Although if you're asking how much I would personally pay for one...not more than $300. I just don't see the value in them. However for $300 I figure I'd get my monies worth out of it.

it's not the rust or any slight cosmetic imperfections, that doesn't mean much to me personally, but I know that they will have problems selling it to someone at that price & in that condition.

so it was me, I'd make a low /reasonable (if you consider the condition) offer to the store owner, leave my telephone number and walk away.

in less than two months my guess is they'll call you.

Thanks guys for the gut-check. That was my feeling as well. Honestly, $300-400 feels like I'm doing THEM a favor..haha.

I think I'll do just what Sealocan mentioned, and just write my offer on the back of one of my business cards next time I'm in buying something (soon!) and let them know that I'm in no hurry.
